Documentation Requirements for Newly Appointed Officers

The Adamawa State Civil Service Commission wishes to inform all newly appointed officers in the Adamawa State Civil Service that they are required to present specific documents for official documentation and record purposes.

This exercise is mandatory and forms part of the Commission’s standard procedures for appointment confirmation and personnel records in Adamawa State.

Required Documents

All affected officers are to present the following:

  1. Eight (8) copies of appointment letters
  2. Originals of all academic and professional credentials
  3. Indigene letter
  4. Two (2) recent passport photographs
  5. Medical certificate of fitness
  6. NYSC Certificate or Certificate of Exemption
  7. Photocopies of all credentials

These requirements are as outlined in the official document issued by the Commission.
