  • How will I receive my appointment letter?

    Once you are selected, your appointment letter will be sent automatically to your registered email address. You will also receive an SMS notification informing you that your appointment letter is available.

  • I received an SMS but cannot find the appointment email. What should I do?

    Please check your Spam/Junk folder first. If you still cannot find the email, go to https://recruitment.csc.adamawastate.gov.ng/check-application-status portal and verify your details to download your appointment letter directly. Ensure your email address is correct in your profile.

  • Can I download my appointment letter again if I lose it?

    Yes. You can log in to your email at any time and re-download your appointment letter from your account. The letter remains available once it has been issued.

  • What should I do after receiving my appointment letter?

    After receiving your appointment letter, carefully read all instructions, accept the offer if required, and prepare the necessary documents stated in the letter for your resumption or documentation process.
